How do I enter?
You are automatically entered when you sell us one or more textbooks.
Do only large quotes win?
Not at all. We have had orders less than $20 result in a Bonus Bucks winner! Selling us even a single textbook means you are entered to win.
What do I do if I see my name on the JitterBook
homepage?
If you see your name, you've won. Log in to your account to
redeem your prize. The prize must be claimed on the day it is posted on our homepage. If it is not claimed by 12:34AM that night, you will no longer be eligible to claim your prize.
How do I know if I've won?
We post the winner's name on theJitterBook.com homepage.
Make sure to visit our site frequently and check to see if
your name has been posted. We will also send you an email indicating your order has been selected as the Bonus Bucks winner.

I see my name on the homepage, how do I redeem my
prize?
Log into your account and click the "Send My Money"
button to collect your money.
We will then send you get a check for your winnings on top of
the check for your textbooks!
What if I fail to redeem my prize within 24
hours?
If you fail to redeem your prize by 12:34AM the night you were eligible, we will give your prize to the next eligible winner.
How do I know if I won?
A: We will post the winner’s first name, last initial, and the winning quote number on our homepage. (We
aren’t putting the full name to protect your privacy). If your name and quote is posted, log in to your account and look for the Bonus Bucks winner section.
JitterBook will also send you an email to let you that your order has been selected as the Bonus Bucks winner. Follow the instructions in the email to claim your prize.
When do you post the next day’s winner?
A: At 12:34:04 am PST approximately.
If I don't have to be the highest buyback
customer to win. How does this
work?
A: We are always receiving orders at JitterBook so each day we add to our list of the largest recent orders. If there are no new orders, or the new orders we receive are not large enough
to make it on our largest orders list then an older order on the list will be chosen as the next Bonus Bucks winner.
Books do not stay on the large order list for very long, and we go through the list consecutively each day to get our winner. Often smaller orders will win because of this.
I sent my textbooks to you 3 days ago! Did I win?
A: It takes about 1-2 weeks for the Post Office to deliver
us the textbooks you sent using the free shipping label. We
determine the winners based on the final value of the
textbooks
after inspection at JitterBook. Keep checking and watch your email for more information about your order.
How is the winner determined, by the original
quoted amount or the final quoted buyback amount?
A: A customer can easily quote a high buyback amount, but
send us the wrong edition, missing CD’s, or otherwise torn
and weathered textbooks. For that purpose, ONLY THE FINAL
VALIDATED AMOUNT THAT WE DECLARE UPON RECEIVING THE
TEXTBOOKS
MATTERS. The original quote is considered an estimate. Many factors affect the final quote price for the textbooks that are sold to us, and our final validated amount is used in determining
a Bonus Bucks winner.
How often do you re-price a buyback quote?
A: Our customers are great! We do not re-price textbooks very often. The vast
majority of our customers get theoriginal quoted amount
because they send us the correct textbooks in good
condition.
When exactly is my buyback quote eligible to win?
A: WHEN THE QUOTE IS MARKED AS “PAYMENT SENT” IT BECOMES
ELIGIBLE. You are essentially in competition with all of the
other textbook buyback quotes we mark as “Payment Sent” for short window of time. You can track the status of your quote from the account
page.
I entered more than one quote number? If you
received all of them the same day, that should count, right?
A: No. We are only looking at the highest buyback for a
single quote.
If I have 2 boxes of textbooks that I’m sending,
don’t you need a separate quote number for each box?
A: No. Just print out two copies of the free shipping label
made under one quote.
What if I can create a quote
worth more than $2000.00? Is this eligible for Bonus Bucks?
A: No. This idea is for students, not wholesalers or book
sellers, so we cap the Bonus Bucks seller activity at $2000.00.
Therefore, if you have more than $2000.00 worth of textbooks and
you aren’t a wholesaler, simply take a textbook off the quote
and get it under $2K.
Can I win more than one time?
A: No. Each account is eligible to win only once.
Can my buddies and I pool our
textbooks together
under one quote, use different names with different
accounts, etc?
A: Sure, whatever you want to do to increase your chances of
winning is fair as long as you play by the rules. $50
bucks does make for a nice party.
What if I send in multiple boxes and you receive
them on different days?
A: You become eligible to win the day we receive all of your
textbooks and mark the quote as “Payment Sent”. The quote is not
valid for those textbooks not received after 30 days of creation
of quote.
What if there is a tie in the highest buyback
amount received in a given day? Who gets the money?
A: In the event of a tie, it goes to the student who has the
lowest quote number of the student quotes that are tied for that
day.
How do I know this is legitimate?
A: We will post the winners from the previous month on a
monthly basis. You are probably three degrees of separation
away from knowing one of these winners so you will either
know one of the winners or may be one yourself. The great
thing about the internet is if we weren’t legit, word would
get out really fast. JitterBook is about providing goodness
to the student, we don’t want to mess up our good name.
